- Guaifenesin BP – 100 mg (Expectorant to reduce sputum viscosity).
- Levomenthol BP – 1.1 mg (Local anesthetic and decongestant).
- Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride BP – 14 mg (Antitussive, antihistamine, and anticholinergic).

- Common: Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal disturbances, dry mouth, throat, and nose, difficulty urinating, blurred vision.
✔️ Overdose Effects: Sinoline Syrup
- Excessive doses of Guaifenesin can lead to renal calculi (kidney stones). Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
✔️ Dosage & Administration: Sinoline Syrup
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) 4 times daily, or as prescribed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 teaspoonfuls (40 ml) in 24 hours.
- Children & Adolescents: Safety and efficacy have not been established for children or adolescents.

- CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol): May increase drowsiness and sedation when used with Sinoline.
- Anticholinergic drugs (e.g., psychotropic drugs, atropine): May enhance side effects such as tachycardia, mouth dryness, constipation, urinary retention, and headache.

- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
- Patients who have taken MAOIs (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in the last two weeks.

- Use cautiously during pregnancy. No adverse effects have been noted in the fetus or breastfeeding infant, but care should be taken.

- Drowsiness: This may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid activities requiring alertness if affected.
- Not recommended for Patients with narrow-angle glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy.
